We are excited to share that Peter Minev, the co-founder of DGLegacy®, was one of the top-notch international speakers at Digitale Leute Summit 2022 on November 15th and 16th.
As we have already mentioned, Peter Minev is an entrepreneur and an engineering leader who has built tech organizations in companies of various sizes and in various industries around the globe. He is also the author of the book Building TECH – Building and scaling successful tech organizations: from inception to a unicorn, and the creator of the TOPStrengthener® tech assessment tool.
In his talk, Peter spoke about “Efficient product-engineering collaboration in hyper growth companies” and answered questions about the challenges facing companies in the hyper-growth stage. These were the main highlights:

- How do companies establish the right balance between product and engineering scope?
- What is the right organizational design for companies’ product and engineering functions?
